To book our holiday cottages in Lymington please read all of the following information:

Arrival & Departure Times:

To ensure your housekeeper is able to prepare the holiday cottages to the highest standard expected, we ask you to check-in anytime from 4.00pm onwards. Please vacate your holiday cottage before 10.00am on the day of departure. This will ensure your housekeeper has time to prepare the property to the same high standard for the next guests.

Payment Terms:

Payment is upon booking by card. 

Sorry but no other form of payment can be accepted.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation before 3 weeks = 100% Refund 

Cancellation before 2 weeks =  50% Refund

After this time no refund will be given and your booking cannot be moved,

therfore we suggest that you obtain travel insurance.
